Cancellation and Refund Eligibility:

  • To request a refund, please contact us via the "Contact Us" link within 48 hours before the end of your current web hosting service period.
  • Refund requests received within this timeframe will be considered for processing.
  • Refunds are only applicable to web hosting services.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive your eligible refund request, we will investigate the reasons provided.
  • Refunds will be issued if the investigation validates genuine dissatisfaction with our web hosting services.
  • The refund will be processed using the original payment method.

  • Refunds are not available for game server hosting and VPS hosting services.
  • We do not accept refund requests that are not covered by our refund policy at the time of placing the order.
  • Refunds will be denied if the customer claims a lack of knowledge about how the service works. Customers are responsible for software and plugin installation and configuration on their server.
